Shipping and Return

RETURNS: Most equipment comes with a 90 day warranty. Some restrictions apply. Some products have additional manufacture’s warranty. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at the place of purchasing. Due to the nature of the usage of these products, all sales are considered final and nonreturnable unless defective. All returns require prior authorization and an authorization number. Prices and availabilities are  subject to change without notice.

We are continually supply audio surveillance systems to keep up with demand. So, please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be sent after we received the payment. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to be sent if it is placed two weeks before or one week after the world wide exhibition.
