Sale prices shown on tacticalintercept.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Current billings address and phone information must be included with every order. We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, PayPal, bank checks, company checks, and international wire transfers. The order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in Tactical Intercept's Bank Account.

Credit Card and PayPal Orders

Tactical Intercept, Ltd. reserves the right to request additional information for proof of billing information. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we confirm your billing information. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). If you are paying with a Debit Card, make sure you are aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals (if any) of your card. Once your card has been charged, you will receive an invoice for your order. This invoice should not be confused with the order receipt or order acceptance acknowledgment – these are automatic and are sent by our system prior to invoicing.

Other Modes Of Payment Cashier's checks, bank checks, company checks, money orders, and international wire transfers are also acceptable forms of payment. These should be sent, along with a print out of your order, to:

For Domestic & International Wire Transfers, Tactical Intercept, Ltd. holds the right to withhold goods at our discretion or at the advisement of the Bank until the funds have cleared and are considered in good stead or holding. Wire Transfers transactions may be subject to a processing fee.

For bank and company checks, orders will ship only after funds are released from your financial institution to Tactical Intercept, Ltd.. This could take up to 10-15 business days after receipt of payment by Tactical Intercept, Ltd.. All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $40.00 returned check fee. Additionally, the check amount will be subject to a 29% interest rate per year, or the highest interest rate permissible by law. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared. Tactical Intercept, Ltd. cannot reserve or guarantee continued availability.

Warranty of Goods

Most equipment comes with a 90 day warranty. Some restrictions apply. Some products have additional manufacturer’s warranty. Defective products will be replaced or repaired. Due to the nature of these special products, all sales are considered final and nonreturnable unless defective. All returns require prior authorization and an authorization number. Prices and availabilities are to subject to change without notice.

By purchasing, buyer represents that he/she holds seller harmless for any use and/or misuse. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey any and all applicable local, state and coutry laws in regard to possession and/or use of any item found at this site. Laws vary from country to country. Purchaser agrees to consult with an attorney at law should any question of intended use arise.

RESTRICTIONS: Some items are restricted to certain specializations and functions and some require a license in some countries. Some material and products are restricted and require letterhead authority to order and therefore cannot be ordered online.

TIME SERVICE: We stock an ample supply of products found at this site. The overwhelming majority of products are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving the payment during business days. Naturally, time service for orders on Saturday, Sunday and holidays would not start until the following business day. Tactical Intercept, Ltd.. is generally known for quick order filling and turn around.

ORDERS OUTSIDE Hong Kong: Some orders outside Hong Kong are restricted and/or prohibited. Customs forms state the exact contents of the products and the declared value is the selling price of the item, no exceptions. As stated, some products can not be shipped outside Hong Kong. Should you have questions, please call +85255026091. Outsiders outside Hong Kong require a minimum charge of $65.00 insured UPS air export shipping. This includes export fees that have to be paid.

BACKORDERS: On occasion products we do notmanufacture or other product will be placed on backorder pending restocking. In such rare cases, you will be notified that the material is on backorder by email. Although most backorders are filled quickly, some backorders may take anywhere from one to six weeks if the product in question has gone out of production and another production is being done. Sometimes the restocking of direct imports may take 4/8 weeks.
